Solid Perfume
Most of us are used to pressing the dispenser of a stylish glass bottle to use perfume, although we should not forget the solid perfumes in elegant little boxes. Solid perfume compositions are the origin of the art of smell. Perfumes appeared in solid form hundreds of years ago and will likely last the same amount of time, as their ingredients are not harmful to the environment or the human body.
The basis for creating dry fragrances are solid vegetable oils, most commonly coconut oil, jojoba oil and shea butter. In combination with them, beeswax, propolis or other astringent ingredients are added to provide a solid consistency. The perfume compositions themselves consist of essential oils or fragrance oils, such as musk, amber or frankincense, with the addition of dried herbs or flowers. Thus, unlike volatile fragrances that contain alcohol bases and preservatives that can cause allergic reactions in the body, solid perfumes are more natural in their composition and manufacturing techniques.
The natural composition of solid perfumes minimizes the possibility of allergies and fragrance weathering, even during long-term storage. The stable formula without the addition of water automatically extends the shelf life and safety of using such perfumes. In addition, dry fragrances are easy to use and can be kept in the cabin, in carry-on luggage, or carried with you, even when you are on the go. Take a small pea-sized amount of balm and apply it with your fingertips to throbbing areas such as the wrists, inner elbows, behind the ears and shoulders to emit a fragrant aroma for hours. An important feature of today’s solid perfumes is the ability to refill their contents without replacing the perfume cartridge itself.
High quality solid perfume compositions are likely to become a beauty essential for the modern fashionista!
